Welcome to Nilkanth Travel Ltd website – www.nilkanthtravel.co.uk These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to the Site, and all of its divisions, subsidiaries, and affiliate operated Internet sites, which reference these Terms and Conditions. This website is owned and operated by Nilkanth Travel Ltd. Throughout the site, the terms (“Nilkanth Travel ltd”, “us”, “we”, or “our”) offers selling of flight ticket both online and offline, this website www.nilkanthtravel.co.uk (the “Service”.) These booking terms and conditions govern all bookings that you make with Nilkanth Travel Ltd.
Please read them carefully as they set out our respective rights and obligations. In these booking conditions references to indicate Nilkanth Travel Ltd (the Company) and references to “you” and “your” include the first named person on the booking and all persons on whose behalf a booking is made or any other person to whom a booking is added. Your use of this website is expressly conditioned on your acceptance of the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of the following terms and conditions, you must not use this site. Nilkanth Travel Ltd acts as an appointed agent of ATOL holders.
Nilkanth Travel Ltd offers this website, including all information regarding our online and offline sale of flight ticket, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here. Nilkanth Travel Ltd a company registered in Leicester, United Kingdom and operating within the ambit of the laws of the United Kingdom and European Union (EU), having its registered office at 4 Sandal Avenue, Leicester, LE45HZ.
Acceptance of Terms
You understand that by using Services, you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms, including any and all of your warranties and representations contained herein. If you do not accept these Terms in their entirety, you may not access or use the Services.
Definitions of Terms

"Protected Content" means all non-User Generated Content included as part of the Services, including, but not limited to, text, graphics, logos, images, as well as the compilation thereof look and feel of the Services, including, without limitation, the text, graphics, code, and other materials contained therein.

Booking and Payment
If you make a booking by telephone, then you must provide us with accurate information as any mistakes in the information provided will result in a charge fee for correcting the information.
Special Meals: – If you would like a specific meal (Non – Vegetarian, Vegetarian) then you must contact us or the airline before departure. If you have any allergies, then you must alert the airline as we cannot guarantee of the meal provided.
Online bookings: - The contract is formed upon your acceptance of the booking conditions presented at the end of the booking process and your full payment.
In most cases, full payment is required at the time of booking. In some instances, we may accept a deposit to hold the booking, and we will inform you of the balance due date.
Payment can be made by credit/debit card, bank transfer, or other methods we may offer. We reserve the right to charge additional fees for certain payment methods to cover any handling costs we or our suppliers incur.
All reservations & price are subject to availability at the time of booking. Flights are subject to availability and prices can be change at any time. We will check the live availability and price, therefore please allow for changes to occur before your final price is confirmed.
Reconfirmation
Airline schedules are subject to change without notice. It is therefore imperative that you check your flight timing when reconfirming your reservations.
Flights should be reconfirmed with the applicable airline at least 48 hours before each onward flight. Failure to reconfirm your onward flights could result in your reservations being cancelled by the airline. Any cost arising from not reconfirming flights will be at your own expense. We also recommend that you recheck your first departure flight timings in case of last-minute alterations.
Flight times and schedules are provisional and may be subject to change by the airline. You are responsible for reconfirming your return journey within 48 hours of departure, as required by some airlines.
Many airlines now use ticketless systems, so you should ensure you have your flight reference number for check-in. Some low-cost carriers require you to print your boarding pass at home.
Changes and Cancellations Policy
If you need to cancel your booking, you must contact us immediately. Cancellation charges vary depending on the services booked and will be clearly stated at the time of booking.
If you need to change your flight booking, the airline's terms and conditions will apply, and we may charge an administrative fee in addition any supplier-imposed fees. In all cases, a minimum cancellation fee of £75 will apply on top of the airline's terms and conditions, regardless of the value of the service cancelled.
For flight-only bookings, our contract with you is considered fulfilled, and you have a direct contract with the airline. Any changes or cancellations will be subject to the airline's policies.
Airlines may charge additional fees for services such as checked baggage, preferred seating, and in-flight amenities. These charges are not included in the ticket price and must be paid separately.
If you need to change or cancel your booking, fees may apply depending on the supplier's terms and conditions. We will advise you of any applicable charges.
In the event of schedule changes or flight cancellations by the airline, we will assist you in rebooking or obtaining a refund, but any compensation claims must be directed to the airline.
Refunds & Changes
In some cases, it may not be possible to offer any refunds for certain services, such as air tickets, once a booking has been made and the ticket is non-refundable. An administration fee of £75 will apply on top of the cancellation/refund charge for every ticket. Refunds will not be paid until they have been received by us from the relevant airline or suppliers. In the case of airline ticket refunds, it will normally take up to 6–8 weeks from the point the tickets are submitted for consideration to the airline.
Nilkanth Travel Ltd reserves the right to charge an administrative fee of a minimum of £75 for processing changes, cancellations, and refunds or any corrections.
If you are in any doubt about your ability to travel on your chosen dates, please contact us by telephone prior to booking so that we can advise you of the applicable cancellation and refund penalties for the fare selected.
Seat availability and pricing are at the airline's discretion and subject to change. We will contact you if your chosen flight is not available and offer alternatives, which may include changing airlines, routes, or a full refund.
Fluctuations
If any changes occur in the air, fuel or other components then you will be notified and therefore you will have to pay the extra charges. Please note that any such fluctuations will only occur should the airline or other supplier increase their prices.
Responsibility
We shall not be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, alterations, delays or changes arising from unforeseeable in the future like war or threat of war, civil action, industrial dispute including air traffic control disputes, terrorist activity, natural disaster, fire or adverse weather conditions, technical problems with transport, closure or congestion of airports or ports, cancellations of schedules by airlines.
IMPORTANT ADVICE
Nilkanth Travel Ltd strongly recommends that you take out travel insurance for any holiday, especially as there may be circumstances where neither Nilkanth Travel Ltd nor the travel supplier can accept liability (e.g., delays or cancellations beyond our control). When purchasing travel insurance, we strongly recommend that you check with your insurance provider that your cover includes all eventualities including force majeure.
Validity
It is your responsibility to ensure that your passport is valid and up to date for travel to your chosen destination. The same applies to visa requirements for any country, including transit visas. We cannot be held responsible for any issues or additional costs arising from your failure to comply with passport, visa, or other entry requirements.
Check-In
The time shown on the itinerary/receipt is the departure time of the aircraft. Flight check-in time is advised 3 hours before departure for international flights and 2 hours for domestic flights. Passengers arriving later than the advised check-in time may not be accepted for travel. Nilkanth Travel Ltd cannot be held responsible for any loss or expense suffered by passengers as a result.
Health Requirements
It is your responsibility to ensure that you consult your doctor for advice on necessary vaccinations and health precautions for travel to your destination. Some countries may require proof of vaccination upon entry. We cannot be held responsible for any issues or additional costs arising from your failure to comply with health requirements.
Departure Taxes
Some destinations require departure taxes to be paid locally. These are not included in the cost of your booking and are non-refundable.
Behavior
If your behavior is deemed to be causing danger, distress, or annoyance to others or damage to property, your travel arrangements may be terminated without any liability on our part. The airline captain has the right to refuse to allow you on board if he believes you may upset or disturb other passengers.
Delays
Nilkanth Travel Ltd does not accept any liability for flight delays, as these are outside our control. If your flight is delayed, the airline will usually provide meals and accommodation, but this is not guaranteed. We strongly recommend travel insurance to cover such eventualities.
Changes to Your Flight by the Airline
Airlines reserve the right to change schedules, cancel flights, and alter aircraft types at any time. We will do our best to inform you of any significant changes as soon as we are notified. In the event of a schedule change or cancellation, we will assist you in making alternative arrangements. Any claims for compensation must be made directly to the airline.
Advance Passenger Information (API)
Many countries now require airlines to collect Advance Passenger Information (API) before you travel. It is your responsibility to provide this information, which usually includes your passport details. Failure to provide this information may result in the cancellation of your booking. We will inform you if API is required for your destination.
Special Requests and Assistance
If you have any special requests, such as dietary requirements or assistance at the airport, please inform us at the time of booking. We will pass on your request to the relevant suppliers but cannot guarantee that they will be met. Some requests may incur additional charges.
Baggage
Baggage allowances vary by airline, class, and route. Please check the specific baggage policies of the airline operating your flight. Excess baggage fees may apply if your luggage exceeds the permitted allowance.
Prohibited Activities
You are prohibited from engaging in any activity that may be illegal, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Posting or transmitting any unlawful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive content.
- Engaging in any activity that could harm our reputation or the reputation of our suppliers.
- Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or the systems of our suppliers.
Amendments
Nilkanth Travel Ltd reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time without notice. Your continued use of the website following any changes will mean that you accept and agree to the changes. It is your responsibility to check the Terms of Use regularly for updates.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
